Uk's Highest Business Crash

The most dramatic recession in Britain’s economy occurred as growth domestic product (known as GDP) fell up to 20.4% in a period of 3 months before June. This was the second consecutive quarter with recession, after a shrink of 2.2% during the first quarter. This is while the monthly statistic figures a few days ago showed a growth of 6.6% in July, when isolation limitations were not tough. Following the strike by the coronavirus pandemic, the country has seen a record downturn in its economy. The UK, with the highest toll from Covid 19 among the European countries, practiced lockdown well after other neighboring countries. It seems that the country's businesses have hardly been beaten compared to other countries in Europe. Samira H.
