While it might take time to fix relations between Israel and the Arabic countries of Bahrain and the UAE, the newly-signed commercial deal at the White House will benefit the countries involved.
The accord revolves around potentials in science, technology, energy, aviation, tourism and agriculture, among others.
Israel with its potency in areas like medicine, desalination, venture capital, and agriculture will cooperate with the UAE to cut down exposure to oil. The UAE, which is among top countries in the fields like logistics and transportation, will, in turn, assist Israel.
The deal, known as Abraham Accords, doesn’t sound like creating a genuine peace traditionally as no battle has been seen between Israel and these two countries.
As the Gulf states struggle in terms of their economies due to the coronavirus pandemic, the deal might prove to be beneficial.
