Cramer's Advice to Young Investors

Jim Cramer, the host of Mad Money, requested the youth who are looking for an option for investing to buy two to three affordable stocks each month. Speaking on the show, he begged the young investors who wish to create durable wealth.

Declaring that he has started in the same way, he said with steady dividend reinvestment, you will be on the path to make money.  

His remarks on Friday followed the Robinhood’s report on the fourth quarter. The commission-free investing app, popular among young investors, published the transaction-based revenue valued at $264 million, of which $163 million is brought on by options trading.

Some young investors might chiefly trade options, which is unsettling in the challenging time for the stocks market at the beginning of 2022, the American TV personality showed concern.

He added buying stock options in this tricky, risky time, you are susceptible to lose huge money, especially in the last 10 days. He recommended young investors to capitalize in the real stocks over the long term. As an example, he mentioned Apple, whose report on quarterly numbers was release on Thursday night.
