Arcadia fashion group is apologetic after its decision on settling only 50% of the staff payment.
The British retail company with its high street brands of Topshop, Topman, and Dorothy Perkins triggered a dispute following its announcement to pay the employee only half of their notice pay.
It has now conceded to pay whole salary to chief office staff, who are set to be cut down. The statement by Arcadia confirms that it was a bad decision and a scheme has been modified to guarantee that the redundant people get their entire salaries.
Earlier in the month of July, Arcadia Group declared its plan to decline 500 jobs out of 2,500 employees.
This is while Unite is in charge of legal pursuit of the shrink.
